100% Rayon with a shine you can’t beat! Yes, there are wrinkles in it from being wound on a card. Most of the time this does not show in your stitching. If the kinks in the ribbon are bothersome to you, the easiest way to remove them is to wet the working length of the ribbon. Use a damp sponge, white paper towel, or cloth with water, running the Neon Rays through.  Let dry, then stitch. You must lay Neon Rays or you will lose the beauty of this fiber. The shine is unbelievable and it is easy to work with. Excellent for 14 to 18 mesh canvas. 10 yards per card.  See color cards here.
